Scott Pawlak
Prior to joining Lipton Law, Scott Pawlak was a partner at a large insurance defense firm, with almost a decade of experience litigating cases involving negligence, premises liability, and Michigan’s No-Fault law. During that time, Scott spent his time getting to know not only the intricacies of the law, but also obtaining an intimate understanding of how insurance companies investigate and defend claims against them.
Now that he joins Lipton Law, Scott brings years of experience and a unique perspective that will allow Lipton Law to continue to provide the best possible representation for its clients.
In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family (wife, two kids, and a dog), golfing, cooking, and traveling.
